Chair Yoga incorporates gentle stretches to aid those with limited mobility, pre/post operation, arthritis, stroke recovery, stiff joints don't like floor work, suffer with COPD, vertigo.

All classes are trauma informed and LGBT, Neurodiverse, disability friendly. In fact they are made for you in mind :)

Gentle somatic exercise creates space in the joints, relieves tightness in the ligaments, vertebrae of the spine & alleviates joint & back pain. Incorporating breathwork to calm the autonomic nervous system to relieve stress & tension & improve lung function connecting you again with your body. I use somatic experiencing therapeutic techniques to bring you into the current moment and learn to live EMBODIED & in the NOW! Otherwise known as Mindfulness. Guided meditation relaxes & aides sleep.

If you live 'in your head' and have symptoms or pain, reconnecting with your body, and where the pain is in the body will guide you to a resolution. Sensation & emotion are experienced in the body. When we are disconnected we use other methods like overeating, alcohol, shopping, doom scrolling and many other vices to alleviate & distract us from what we need to feel.
